Our People and Culture Strategy

The vision of our People and Culture strategy is to provide a challenging, developmental, and inclusive work environment. We value our people and have a clear strategy and implementation plan for a person-centred culture. We recognise the importance of a work environment in which employees can achieve their full potential while engaged with the goals of the college.

Continual professional learning and development is available for all staff within our well-structured and robust performance review and feedback process. Leadership programs and workshops have been designed to support and develop leaders at all levels.
